"When I first began looking I wasn't 100% sure of what I was truly looking for.  I looked on the web for various realty sites and of course I looked in all the news papers in the real estate sections. Two weeks went by there was just too much.  I was completely lost.  I knew I had to get a good agent ASAP.
My sister Mary introduced to me to a real estate agent that she heard was excellent.  A day later I went with her to meet Dave Iacobucci.  Dave is a clean cut, well-mannered man, with a great sense of humor and a gentleman through and through; right away I felt good about him.
We sat down chatting for almost twenty minutes; Dave didn't ask me anything about real estate at first.  It appeared to me he was getting to know me which I thought at that moment was pretty cool. Then he asked me if a mortgage broker had pre-approved me yet; what I was looking for; what I could afford to buy and where I wanted to live.  Dave said to me “I will not sell you something you don't feel comfortable in Mike”.  I had a good feeling that I would be taken care of and was in good hands. 
It took a few months of me rejecting places for one reason or another until one day Dave called me up and said “I found your home, so start packing!”  As soon as I walked into the two bedroom condo I had a good feeling and Dave saw it in my face and smiled. He had gotten to know me well.
The deal was complicated as we were competing with 7 other offers.  A lot of preparation and psychology went into our offer and I was a happy man when Dave told me we had been successful in our bid.
I have to say that Dave did more than just look for a home for me.  Many times he made suggestions and gave me helpful advice when I was uncertain. He communicated with my broker and lawyer to make sure things were moving and they did move fast. 
I have a new home and found a new friend in the process.  I highly recommend Dave Iacobucci.  He will, without a doubt, go out of his way to make sure he finds you a new home that you will be happy with."
